We are excited to present you with all the training that EAF offers in a welcoming environment, where every detail is thought out to make each meeting an unforgettable experience. These are aimed at those who want to become professionals in floral design, those who want to recycle their knowledge and those who want to discover the enchanting universe of floral design and its countless opportunities, both as a business and as a hobby. With us, you will learn the most modern floral design techniques in the world, with beautiful fresh flowers that we import from different countries.
In this module, trainer Tatiana Vieira will share more than 25 years of experience as a CEO, businesswoman, entrepreneurship teacher, licensed coach ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute and founder of the brands A Florista Lisboa and EAF – Escola de Arte Floral de Lisboa. The business module has guests who can add experiences from the business world so that your training becomes even more robust and full of experiences and reflections. This Business module consists of 64 hours divided into 8 days, with 8 hours per day from 10am to 6pm.

Content:
1. Creating a business purpose.
Students will be encouraged to reflect on the mission, vision and values of their business, in order to understand the purpose and impact they want to achieve in the community.
2. Slogan and logo study.
We will explore the importance of creating a strong and coherent visual identity, which conveys the values and business proposal through an appropriate slogan and logo.
3. Brand creation.
Students will learn how to build a consistent brand, taking into account aspects such as visual identity, tone of voice, value proposition and market positioning.
4. Definition of the business niche.
The process of identifying and defining the business niche will be explored, allowing students to specialize and stand out in a specific area.
5. Understand your audience’s profile.
We will highlight the importance of knowing exactly who the business's target audience is and what their needs, desires and preferences are, so that it is easy to reach them and create appropriate marketing strategies.
6. Marketing tools.
Students will be introduced to different marketing tools and strategies, such as social media, digital marketing, promotion and advertising, with the aim of promoting their services and reaching the target audience effectively and efficiently.
7. Supplier development.
The importance of establishing and maintaining partnerships with reliable and quality suppliers will be discussed, ensuring access to materials and resources necessary for the business.
8. Understand business costs.
Students will learn to calculate and manage business costs and expenses, including the acquisition of materials, space rental, salaries, charges, among others, in order to guarantee the financial sustainability of the business.
9. The importance of accounting and financial control.
The need to maintain accurate financial records and carry out adequate financial management will be highlighted, using accounting tools to track income, expenses and profit.
10. Management of a store’s routine.
Strategies and techniques for managing the routine of a floral art business will be discussed, prioritizing sales activities, customer service and administrative organization.
11. Visit to Suppliers.
Students will meet the main flower suppliers in Portugal and will also receive guidance on how to buy well and with quality.

Certificate:
Upon successful completion of the course, trainees receive the EAF Certificate (Lisbon School of Floral Art) signed by trainer Tatiana Vieira.
What the Course Includes:
All materials necessary for learning and carrying out the work, flowers, equipment, accessories and use of vases for each design to be created at EAF. There is always our coffee break to enjoy moments of sharing.
